Postage to UK addresses is free for all orders. Our website contains no "hidden extras" and all prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment will be taken in full. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the following weekday. Orders placed from 2pm Friday to Sunday will normally be dispatched on a Monday. We will email you when your goods have been dispatched and you should receive them within 48 hours of that email. We use Royal Mail, UPS or DPD, depending on circumstances.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel any order from the moment you place it to within 14 days of the receipt of your goods. If you decide to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return your goods. We will pay the carriage costs of returning your goods, providing your order was to a UK address, otherwise you will be responsible for paying the return postage. You can obtain a postage-free returns label from us via firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order/invoice number. We would ask you to state the reason for the return, because we may be able to rectify the problem without you having to return anything.
Notwithstanding the above, please note that certain products, including fragrance and perfumes, are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for reasons of health and hygiene. Not only are we unable to accept and refund returns of such products, but Royal Mail and other carriers will refuse to handle such returns. For more information, see our refund policy page.
We will, however, issue refunds for perfumes/fragrances that arrive damaged, although we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage before agreeing to issue any refund or to send replacement goods. If your perfumes/fragrances arrive damaged, please contact us via email@example.com, quoting your order/invoice number.
